By accessing or using the Sentinel Rx platform, website (sentinel.rezarexa.com), Telegram bot (@sentinelrxbot), AI assistant, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Rexos Dev Company ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rexos Dev Company.

Sentinel Rx is an AI-powered educational and analytical software tool. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered chart reading and pattern recognition for educational purposes
• AI Copilot conversational assistant for learning about financial markets
• Market regime and condition analysis for educational study
• Hypothetical scenario simulation and risk education tools
• Personal performance journaling and analytics
• Telegram bot for notifications and educational content delivery

Our Services are strictly educational and informational software tools designed to help users learn about chart reading, technical analysis concepts, and market dynamics. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of regulated financial service.

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

• You must register an account with a valid email address and create a secure password
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• One account per person; creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions is prohibited

6.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Lifetime) with different features and AI credit allocations. Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
• Subscription plans are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees

6.3 AI Credits

Each plan includes a specific allocation of AI credits for API usage. AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features (chart analysis, copilot, etc.). Credits do not carry over between billing cycles for subscription plans. Unused credits expire at the end of your billing period.

6.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services and the immediate delivery of AI credits upon purchase:

• Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods
• Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the AI credits have not been substantially used (more than 10%)
• Refund requests within the eligible period should be directed to our support team

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the new pricing applies.

We may offer limited free trials (such as one free AI analysis). Free trial limitations are specified at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time without prior notice. Abusing free trials (e.g., creating multiple accounts) may result in account termination.

You agree NOT to:

• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our AI models or algorithms
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform without permission
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit our Services or AI outputs without written consent
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the AI Copilot to generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, free trials, or API credit allocations
• Use our Services in a manner that competes with or undermines our business

• All content, software, AI models, algorithms, branding, design, and materials on our platform are owned by Rexos Dev Company and are protected by intellectual property laws
• The Sentinel Rx name, logo, and RexosAI branding are trademarks of Rexos Dev Company
• Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal educational purposes only
• AI-generated content may be used for your personal study and research but may not be republished, redistributed, or sold

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rexos Dev Company, its founder (RezaRexa), developers, officers, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on our Services
• Any decisions you make based on content provided by our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third party's rights

• Our AI models generate analysis based on publicly available data, technical patterns, and statistical methods. They are not infallible and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results.
• AI-generated content is for educational and informational purposes only and should never be treated as professional financial advice.
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
• AI models may be updated, replaced, or modified without prior notice. Output quality may vary after updates.
• Hypothetical scenario results are simulated and do not represent real outcomes or guarantee future performance.

• We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or force majeure events
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice

• You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your current billing period
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy
• Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws
• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules
• You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Rexos Dev Company
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rexos Dev Company regarding your use of our Services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services.
